Are there any startup fees for the website design?

No. The only price you’ll pay is your monthly rate. The cost of the website design is included in the monthly rate.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

The Client may cancel an accepted Quotation for Services within the first 10 days or within the first 10 days of any specified timeframe identified in the Quotation of Services. No hoops to jump through. As Active Market Leads services require time, energy, and resources that cannot be recouped, Active Market Leads does not provide any refunds, except within the first 10 days.

Will there be other fees?

Our plans include everything to, build, launch, and maintain a website on the Internet. You’ll only pay your quoted monthly rate.

How long does it take to build my website?

Each project is different, but on average we have a website launched within 1-2 months. This timeline can be longer or shorter depending on how proactive you are with supplying the contact data or for any unforeseen delays out of our control.

Can I change my plan at a later time?

You can always move up to a higher tier plan if your needs increase. It is only sometimes possible to move to a lower-tier plan. If you’re unsure of what your needs are, we recommend starting on a lower-tier plan.

Is there a term requirement?

This is determined on a case-by-case basis. We do recommend a minimum timeframe of three months to establish and optimize your website effectively. A website is a long-term strategy, and allowing sufficient time ensures the best chance for meaningful results and success.

Do you use templates or pre-made designs?

Yes, if you choose one of our proven to convert lead generation designs from our demo website list. We then customize them to your location and information. You may also request a custom-built website from a niche not listed here, in this case, the timeframe would be extended.

Are the rates I’m seeing introductory offers?

No. In fact, we guarantee your monthly rate will stay the same for a minimum of two years.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the most common ways to pay online. like Visa, Mastercard, and debit credit cards. Your recurring payment is automatically debited each month.

How many leads per month will I get from the website?

We can not say how many leads or sales your website will generate. However, the higher tier plans give you a much better chance for higher rankings that will produce more leads.
